Your area of responsibility
- You identify and qualify leads through outbound and inbound strategies and thus represent the first point of contact for our potential customers.
- You contact leads from the ICP (by phone or email), present our solutions and convert them into demos for the sales team to win potential customers.
- You are our entry ticket into the companies and are responsible for making appointments with potential customers (cold calling/cold acquisition). You lay the foundation for the conclusion of a contract (closing).

- You have a basic understanding of customer processes and have the ability to identify and address customer problems.
- You have a high affinity for IT, an interest in data structures and the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and precisely.
- First contact points in one of the areas: SaaS, AI, Sustainability or Supply Chain are an advantage.
- You have experience in working with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
